This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and informs You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Note: Envision Attendance is intended strictly for internal use by organizations and their authorized users (e.g., staff, employees). It is not intended for the general public or children under any circumstances.
Public Availability and Access Control
Envision Attendance is made publicly available via the App Store to ensure seamless distribution and accessibility across supported devices. However, only authorized users with valid credentials provided by their organization can log in and use the app. Access is controlled through a secure authentication mechanism tied to each organization’s user base.
This approach ensures the app can be discovered publicly while still maintaining strict access control for internal enterprise use.

Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
- Account: A unique profile created for You to access our Service.
- Application: Envision Attendance, the mobile software provided by Envision Tech.
- Company: (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Envision Tech Pvt. Ltd., Gaurighatmarg, Ward No. 7, Kathmandu, Nepal.
- Country: Nepal
- Device: Any device used to access the Service such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

- Service: The Envision Attendance application.
- Service Provider: Any third-party entity processing data on behalf of the Company.
- Usage Data: Data collected automatically, including technical and usage information.
You: The individual accessing or using the Service.

- First and last name
- User role (e.g., Employee, Admin)
- Authentication token and refresh token
- Login Credentials (if “Remember Me” is selected)
- Organization name or identifier
- Information Collected via Device Access
With your permission, the Application may access:
- Camera – for QR code scanning and profile picture updates
- Photo Library – for profile image selection
- Storage – for caching attendance-related images or data
- Scanner – via mobile_scanner to scan QR codes for attendance check-in
Purpose of Data Use
We may use Your data for the following:
- To authenticate users and manage sessions
- To mark and verify attendance using QR codes
- To enable features like “Remember Me” for login convenience
- To contact users for service-related alerts or organization updates
- For secure and compliant record keeping
- To ensure access control based on user role
- To maintain system security and detect unauthorized access
Data Stored Locally on Device
If the user opts for “Remember Me”, the following information may be stored securely on their device:
- Email and password
- Username
- Auth token and refresh token
- User role
Data is stored using secure local storage via get_storage, and access to it is limited to the app runtime.
Sharing of Data
We may share information:
- With authorized Service Providers for analytics and app functionality
- For Business Transfers (e.g., mergers)
- With Affiliates, if operationally required
- With Third-Party Packages (e.g., image handling, HTTP requests) as per their own terms
Only With Your Consent, when applicable
Retention of Data
We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated, or as required by law.
Login and session data may be stored locally until the user logs out or clears the app’s data.
Transfer of Your Data
Data may be transferred to and maintained on servers outside your country. By using the app, you agree to this data transfer, which will follow this Policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion or correction of your data
- Withdraw consent for local storage at any time via the app settings
- Contact us to revoke or update stored authentication data

The application uses third-party packages including:
- mobile_scanner, image_picker, cached_network_image – for camera, media, and image operations
- http – for network communication
- get_storage – for secure local storage
- form_validation, intl, shimmer, flutter_svg, table_calendar, fl_chart – for enhanced UI/UX
